المقادير و طريقة التحضير
في إناء نضع كأس سميد ناعم + 2 كؤوس فرينة + 4 ملاعق كبار زيت + ملعقة صغيرة خميرة الخبز + ملعقة صغيرة ملح و ماء دافي 🫗 باش نلمو العجين
أولا نمزج كل المكونات مع بعض حتى نتحصل على عجينة طرية و نتركها ترتاح •••
ثانيا الحشو لحم مفروم مع البصل و الثوم فلفل أسود و كمون و طماطم مصبرة + الزيت و الملح حطوه فوق النار و في الأخير جبن مبشور كما الموضح في الصورة •••
و شهية طيبة للجميع •
